Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for Richard and his support today. I had created a number of problems for myself with Google Workspace that I was unable to fix and retrieve. Google, frankly, was horrible. There was no support and an endless loop of "return to our help menus" and "we can't help you". Finding a YouTube video, I took a chance on itGenius and it was worth every single minute and dollar!!!
