Our Google workspace subscription was suspended and I could not get better than an automated AI bot at Google domains to help resolve the issue. After three days of not having access to our emails or shared drive, I was able to find IT Genius.Richard got on a video call with me and we handled the situation within 30 minutes or less. This is a great place to go if you need IT support. Thank GOD for these people.

Considering you get zero help from Google when setting up Workspace for Business, as we found out it is very easy to get locked out for technicalities and the process is full of them. itGgenius, fixed our issues and got us on track and perfectly set up in less than 2 hours.
