What's the difference between Cloud Concierge tiers and additional support options?
Cloud Concierge tiers (Starter, Growth, and Scale) provide comprehensive ongoing IT support tailored to different business sizes. They include Google Workspace support, technical audit services, and varying levels of account management.
Additional support options include Device Support add-ons that extend protection to your computers, networks, and servers. Device Support can be added to Growth and Scale plans for complete end-to-end coverage of your IT environment. Note: Device Support add-ons are only available for Growth and Scale customers, not Starter.
How quickly will you respond to our support requests?
All Cloud Concierge tiers provide instant response times for chat support. For other communication channels:
- Starter: 4-hour response time
- Growth: 2-hour response time
- Scale: 1-hour response time
- Device Support: 1-hour response time
Additionally, each tier has a different internal resolution priority level, with Scale receiving our highest priority for faster issue resolution.
How does Device Support complement my Cloud Concierge plan?
Device Support extends protection beyond Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to your entire IT infrastructure:
- Standard ($39/device): Remote computer support, security monitoring, and network troubleshooting for your devices
- Premium ($69/device): Advanced security operations, comprehensive software management, and enterprise-level infrastructure management
Additional optional support includes onsite call-out fee $149 (Melbourne only) and virtual server support fee $197. Device Support add-ons are available for Growth and Scale customers only.
What learning resources are included with my subscription?
Each Cloud Concierge tier includes different levels of access to our Genius learning ecosystem:
- Starter: Access to our Knowledge Base for self-service support
- Growth: Full access to Knowledge Base, Genius Academy (onboarding videos), monthly Office Hours (Q&A sessions), and quarterly Masterclasses (live training on topics like Gemini)
- Scale: Complete access to all resources with priority registration for Office Hours and Masterclasses

What if we only need occasional support rather than an ongoing subscription?
For businesses with occasional support needs, our Quick Fix option provides one-time assistance for $297 without requiring a monthly commitment. This is ideal for smaller teams who need expert help with specific issues as they arise. Quick Fix includes a 1-hour response time with medium internal priority, allowing you to get targeted support for specific Google Workspace issues without the ongoing commitment of a subscription.
