I'm Krystle from Krystle Clear Solutions where we breathe life into business DNA by implementing systems and processes in the back end of their business.
When we first started in business we had all of our systems and processes in multiple different platforms spanning from Dropbox, Outlook, or even on our hard drive. At one point we lost everything that was on our hard drive because it got corrupted and it wasn't until I found out about the Google Apps and Google Sites in particular, I definitely had some I guess anxiety around changing what I already knew and learning something else, but the more I researched and the more I learned about Google Sites from itGenius, the more I couldn't wait to implement that system. All my problems were solved in one go.
It gave me so much more time back because I no longer have to spend or waste time trying to find anything. Even if my staff don't know where something is located they just put it into the search function and it pops up every single location in our site that it is, and they figure out which one they want. Yeah, it's life changing. And it also allows me to empower my staff. They don't need to know everything, and I don't expect them to know everything. I just expect them to know that Google Sites is what we use and that's their number one go-to.
