Hi, my name's Sue Muller. I'm a pharmacist by profession, and for the last 30 years or so I have run LocumCo, which is a pharmacy recruitment business. We recruit pharmacists for temporary locum positions as well as permanent positions throughout Australia.

What made Dialpad appealing to me was the fact that we have a small team, but we can get calls at any time of the day or night, no matter what we're doing, and Dialpad enabled us to be able to answer these calls no matter where we were, and we had the choice of different staff members answering at any time.

Generally, between our staff, because the calls come in not only to our computers but also to our mobile phone when no one's sitting at a computer, wherever we are, one of us will always answer. So people feel that we're always at the end of the phone and they always get service, and that's really important with our business.

Since implementing Dialpad it means that very rarely do any of our calls go to even a message bank even though Dialpad has the facility to record a message.

I'd recommend Dialpad to everybody that has a business. I mean, it just makes it so easy. You save on the cost of phone calls. We're constantly ringing mobile phones. It's efficient from a financial point of view, and it's just efficient from a business point of view and an accessibility point of view.
