Google recently revealed their Google Home Assistant and in this video Peter Moriarty shares his review of the device after owning it for a few weeks.

P.S. Peter mentioned in the video that Spotify is not yet supported… Spotify works great, it’s the SONOS music system that’s yet to be supported.

    I have been waiting for this moment!! Sounds a little like it won’t do too much to start with though. The speaker sounded great. If you had more than one Google Home in your home, do they link up or act independently? Also, not to get too scared, but is Google always listening (and recording, and plotting to overthrow the humans)?

      It’s always listening for the ‘ok google’ command but that’s done on the local device and not on the cloud…

      I don’t think you can link up multiple devices around your home just yet – but it DOES now support multiple users so your family can share the device

      You can also ‘mute’ the device which stops it listening
