Jarred Rubin
Jarred Rubin is a Founding Partner of K2 Capital Group, a boutique corporate advisory and investment company. K2 Capital Group specialises in assisting small to medium enterprise with capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions and exit strategies.
Jarred’s role as a Sales Trader in Institutional Equities at Macquarie Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, saw him involved in billions of dollars’ worth of transactions. This included advising and executing with major mutual, pension, superannuation and hedge funds around the globe on ASX publicly listed companies.
Additionally he has also been involved in successfully implementing complex IT solutions and process improvements for companies including Macquarie Bank, Telstra Wholesale and E*Trade Australia.
Jarred is now implementing strategies with small to medium enterprises ordinarily reserved to banks and large publicly listed companies, enabling them to reach their full potential and ultimately maximise business value.
Ameer Soliman – One That Matters
One That Matters is an entrepreneurial Australian company that provides app development services in mobile application development across a broad range of platforms. We have a team of highly skilled developers that are based in our development centre abroad. Ameer started his first business while at school in the telecommunications space and has since gone on to successfully establish, manage and sell over four businesses spanning the Services, Retail and Hospitality industries. He holds an MBA and has also lectured in the School of Marketing at both the University of Technology, Sydney, and the University of Western Sydney. He is also the current Chairman of Yasminah’s Gift of Hope, a charity supporting families who go through premature birth and pregnancy loss.
With over a decade of industry marketing experience, as the CMO of One That Matters, Ameer hopes to utilise his skills in creating and managing major campaigns to take this successful business to the next level.
