James Alexander – INCUBATE
James is the director and co-founder of INCUBATE – Asia Pacific’s first student union provided startup incubator and entrepreneur program at the University of Sydney. With the support of the University of Sydney Union INCUBATE provides seed-funding, guidance for top founders on campus and mentoring from some of Australia’s leading entrepreneurs.
James has been working with startups for the last three years and recently completed his Computer Science degree. James has a keen interest helping entrepreneurs on campus and strongly believes in thinking about technology as the enabler for creative and innovative solutions to the worlds biggest problems.
Heavily involved at the University of Sydney James also co-founded the first contemporary music society and the first Rotaract (Rotary) society and was also an Editor for Honi Soit, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected student publications.
