New G Suite Pricing from April 1 (discounts available)

Earlier this year Google announced a significant adjustment to pricing for G Suite, coming into effect from April 1. This change is to reflect the significant investment made in the product over the last 10 years, and (unfortunately), to bring the pricing to parity with the US product price.

Here are the pricing changes:
– G Suite Basic will be adjusted to $8.40/user/mth ex. GST (from $5/mth)
– G Suite Business will be adjusted to $16.80/user/mth ex. GST (from $10/mth)
– Annual payment discounts
(usually two months free or 16%) will no longer be available and replaced with alternative promotions.

This video covers the announcement, and our thoughts:

Exclusive Discounts Available through itGenius

The GOOD news is, Google are softening the blow by discounting the Basic and Business plan for the first year (April 2019-March 2020) by 10 and 15% respectively. If you take no action on your account, you’ll be on this slightly discounted pricing from April 1 onwards.

The BETTER news is, we have significant discounts available if you’re ready to make a small commitment on your license renewal term (‘lock in’ your current user count as a minimum for a period of time).

Agreeing to a commitment promotion (Google calls them ‘Special Pricing Plans’) allows us/Google to give you discounted pricing, with the restriction of not lowering your user count added to your account. You are welcome to upgrade/add new users during the committed term (and they retain the discounted per-user price too!). Additional terms are available at www.itGenius.com/terms

We STRONGLY recommend you take up one of the available offers below, as your plan will automatically update after March 30 if you take no action:
