His new venture Client Heartbeat is a web based customer satisfaction monitoring tool that is revolutionising the way small businesses collect and analyse customer feedback.
With a background growing and working with small businesses across a variety of industries, Gordon is passionate about SME education and has recently been accepted into the Executive Program for Growing Companies through Stanford University.

Alistair been the founder of several successful businesses covering nightclubs, flowers, and even restaurants. The one thing in common? Great marketing. In 2001, Alistair wrote and published one of the first independent research studies on ecommerce in the Journal of Customer Behaviour. This research started a love affair with the web and just how powerful it can be when used correctly as a marketing medium.
In 2010, Alistair founded Media Heroes in Brisbane to help Australian business owners hardness the power of the web. I am a 30yo female entrepreneur based out of South Australia. I have two primary businesses that I am currently operating.
DVE Business Solutions provides Process Improvement , Custom Technology and Training solutions all around Australia and now in New Zealand. DVE has been a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards two years in a row, we won the SA/NT part of the Commonwealth Bank Better Business Booster award, and we have been involved in numerous other awards.
My other business, Animal Therapeutics Online, offers a range of therapeutic products to aid the success of performance animals (particularly horses. We are currently part of the SAYES (SA Young Entrepreneur Scheme) and have recently been accepted into an exclusive media program where only 10 businesses Nationally were accepted.
I have also been an honourable mention in Anhill’s 30 under 30
