This is causing me problems. I’m a VA so I need access to my Client’s email for the email management service I provide. The problem is, my Gsuite address is different to theirs (obviously) so Google wont allow it as we’re in different organisations. Clients with @gmail.com addresses also can’t do it because I have Gsuite and that also produces an error. I have scoured the forums and every solution offered doesn’t work. I’ve raised the issue with Google/Gsuite with no resolution. I don’t suppose you have an idea how to get around this? It’s driving me nuts as I cannot offer this service to my Clients at present and I want to. Thanks.
Unfortunately there’s no way for this to work on an email outside of your client’s G Suite domain, but out team might have some other creative ideas if you get in touch with them
