How to Embed a Jing, SnagIt or Screencast video into Google Sites

Edit: Google released an update to Sites in late 2013 to increase security which meant that some videos would not display correctly when using this method. To ensure your videos are embedded successfully, when pasting the Screencast URL into the Google Sites plugin, ensure the video URL begins with https:// (instead of just http://). You can add in the ‘s’ yourself if you need to.
