So why doesn’t installing new CRM systems work? And what is the solution? Now I’m a small business owner, I’ve been consulting to 1000s of small businesses across Australia and beyond. And I’ve seen it all, every kind of it implementation project successful and unsuccessful. And I know that the number one thing that is the biggest challenge of implementing a new management system to manage your customer relationships is actually adding the data and not just in the initial phase, but on an ongoing basis, actually having data synchronized to a new system. And it’s the data that makes a customer relationship management system useful. And you really want to have an automated way of having that data talk and be stored.
