Our Google workspace subscription was suspended and I could not get better than an automated AI bot at Google domains to help resolve the issue. After three days of not having access to our emails or shared drive, I was able to find IT Genius.Richard got on a video call with me and we handled the situation within 30 minutes or less. We needed a follow up call after getting great service from Ray the day before and Richard was equally helpful… 2 great representatives from this company for sure. He helped us to gain greater clarity and even sent us a summary what we learned in the time with him. He suggested increased security on my account and said he would send a follow up Google meet link for us and he did! He walked me through all of the steps and now I have much more confidence in our security . We have just started with itgenius but we are very optimistic and appreciative already.
