What you’ll build over 6 weeks
Weeks 1–2: Foundations
Set up your environment, learn Claude Code, ship your first automation. By end of week 2 you’ve replaced one weekly manual task.
Weeks 3–4: Automations & Insights
Cross-system workflows, scheduled jobs, and pulling data from your business systems with plain-English queries.
Week 5: Agents & Dashboards
Build specialist AI agents for specific jobs, a coordinator that runs them, and dashboards to see what they’re doing in real time. The same multi-agent pattern itGenius uses internally.
Week 6: Ship & Share
Polish your project, deploy it, and present to the cohort. You leave with working software and a peer network.
