What happens to my clients during the transition?

Nothing changes for your clients day-to-day. Their Google Workspace accounts continue working exactly as they do now. The only visible change is that itGenius appears as the reseller in their Google Admin console. If you choose the Partner model, you continue managing their accounts directly.
Why would I transfer my book if margins are going to zero anyway?

Exactly. The license book value is approaching zero, which is why acting now makes sense. With the Partner model, you maintain your client relationships under a sustainable infrastructure. Do I need to be a Google Premier Partner to work with you?

No. We work with partners of all sizes, from agencies with 20 seats to those managing hundreds. The minimum we generally look for is around 50 managed seats, but we're happy to have a conversation regardless.
How long does the transition take?

Most transitions can be completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of your license book and the model you choose. We handle all the technical work and coordinate directly with Google where needed.
Is there a deadline?

Google's new margin structure takes effect on July 1, 2026. Partners below the renewal threshold risk losing their reseller console. We recommend starting the conversation sooner rather than later to ensure a smooth transition before that date.
What about my other services (marketing, web design, IT)?

We only acquire or partner on the Google Workspace licensing side. Your other services and client relationships are entirely yours. In many cases, our clients need marketing and web services too, so there may be referral opportunities in both directions.
