The emails I was sending were largely going to the recipients' spam folders - potentially losing my business a lot of money as my emails weren't being received.Richard and Wyn both helped me get to the bottom of the problem. They were very patient and friendly. Wyn even started her shift 2 hours early on two separate occasions to accommodate my schedule, which was hugely appreciated.The problem is now fixed, and my emails are actually going to the recipients' inboxes! Highly recommend itGenius.

I had issues resolving the first-time setup with Google Workspace and integrating existing email accounts into a single interface. I tried everything and searched all help files, forums and YouTube, but it was beyond me. A quick request for help: I was connected with an IT consultant. Not only did they get it sorted quickly for me, but they also connected via Google Meet, shared their screen, and walked me through the steps so I could successfully replicate it for additional users on my Workspace afterwards. They even sent me a meeting recording for all we had worked through for ease of reference. All sorted within a couple of hours of the initial help request. I highly recommend the service.

Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for Richard and his support today. I had created a number of problems for myself with Google Workspace that I was unable to fix and retrieve. Google, frankly, was horrible. There was no support and an endless loop of "return to our help menus" and "we can't help you". Finding a YouTube video, I took a chance on itGenius and it was worth every single minute and dollar!!! Richard was kind, patient, communicative, knowledgeable (seriously, a genius) and even hopped on a Google Meet to walk me through some of the last steps that I struggled with.
