Secure User Deletion for Google Workspace

We’ll work with you to finalize a list of all user accounts slated for deletion.

This service does not include making HR decisions about which employees to offboard.

We’ll define a clear action plan for each user’s data, including transfers, archiving, or email forwarding.

We do not provide legal or HR advisory services on data retention or compliance policies.

We’ll analyze and report on the immediate cost savings from reclaiming user licenses.

Required Access:

• To perform this work, we require temporary Super Administrator access to your Google Admin Console.
• For clients under our Reseller Portal, we can use our existing partner access.
• For all other clients, we can work through a secure, guided screen-sharing session.

We’ll permanently delete the user accounts and reclaim their Google Workspace licenses to reduce your costs.

Backing up or archiving data to external, non-Google systems (e.g., Dropbox, Microsoft 365).

We’ll set up any necessary email forwarding or auto-replies to ensure business continuity.

Transferring ownership of Shared Drives to a different domain.

We’ll ensure your license count and billing are updated to reflect the changes.

Setting up email forwarding to external, non-Google email addresses.

We’ll verify that deleted accounts are no longer visible in the Google Workspace directory or contact lists.

Ongoing monitoring or any attempts to recover accounts after they have been permanently deleted.

We’ll test and confirm that all configured email forwarding and auto-replies are working correctly.

Conducting tests with live, sensitive company data without your explicit written approval.

You’ll receive a final completion report documenting all actions taken for your records.
